Description:
TFG is looking for dynamic individual to join the HR WFM team as the Trainee WFM Analyst.
Your key responsibilities will be accountable to interpret, analyse and assess the workforce processes and metrics.
Key responsibility in this role is supporting the development of business staffing/scheduling plans and models and forecasting for the retail operations environment.
Analyse store workload and staffing impacts and assess store operations in order to make recommendations for increased performance of the organisational goals.
To apply you need to have:
- A minimum 3-year relevant degree or diploma in BSC, stats (Mathematics) or IT
- Classified as youth in South Africa
- Excel ( Pivots; VLOOKUP’s and Macros)
- Strong problem solving & Root Cause Analysis
- Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Logical ability
- Project management knowledge
