Description: ELCB is inviting graduates to apply for the ICT Support Agent Internship 2021.
Intern- Intern - ICT Support Agent work under the supervision of the Direct Line Manager as well as the mentor(s) that they have been assigned to work with.
Specification
- Provide 1st line technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Responsible for answering queries and addressing system and user issues in a timely and professional manner and escalating to the next level of support specialists when and if required.
- •To execute the instructions of the Senior Systems and Database Administrator when required
- •Answering and providing telephonic, technical and user support.
- •Monitor, Test and Inspect ICT equipment.
- •Monitor Daily email notifications and service desk requests.
- •Escalate and Log Risks and Issues as they occur.
- •Log all client requests on the service desk logging system.
Requirements
- •Matric
- •IT Degree or equivalent IT diploma
- •Effective communication and written skills
- •Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
