Description: UCL Company is seeking to hire a Human Resource Graduate to join their team. 

This is a one year fixed-term development programme which will afford the successful candidate HR experience is offered.

UCL is a medium-sized company, situated in the beautiful KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, approximately 50km from Pietermaritzburg, operates in a diverse agricultural environment. 

Applications are invited from candidates who have completed a Degree or three (3) year National Diploma in Human Resources. 

Competencies: 

• Applicants must be computer literate, have a desire to learn, master and apply essential skills and display attention to detail. 
• The ability to communicate professionally in English both verbally and in writing is important as is fluency in IsiZulu. . 
• A valid driver's license will be an added advantage. 
• Accommodation will be provided.

• HR Administration .

• Industrial Relations matters.
