Description: Halls Financial Services is inviting graduates to apply for the Financial Administrator Graduate Opportunity 2021.
The Financial Administrator Graduate will be responsible for the effective delivery of the accounting and creditors functions to the organisation. Functions include but are not limited to Accounting to Trial Balance and related tasks.
Location: Johannesburg
Education:
- BCom Accounting Science or similar degree
Reporting:
- Capturing source documents into Zero the system
- Ensure that GL’s are at all times accurate and complete
- Generate monthly reports
- Trail Balance
- Management Reports (Income Statement, Balance sheet, Cash Analysis, Debtors and Creditors)
- Ad hoc reporting
- Prepare GL reconciliations
Treasury:
- Managing supplier accounts
- Checking and preparing payments
- Loading payments on to the banking system
- Ensure the timeous release of payments
- Pay cards – monthly top up request, payments & statement distribution
- Liaise with bank - new accounts, new user tokens, re-allocations, all adhoc bank required services
Claims administration and processing:
- Checking completeness and accuracy of claims information received
- Processing claims received into the system
- Loading bulk payment batches from the system into the bank
Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
