Sport Activity Coordinators: Salary: R 2200 pm
Sport Assistant Coordinators: Salary R6300 pm

Requirements:
- Grade 12 and within the age group of 16 years and above.
- Must be presently unemployed
- Must live within a 5km radius of the hub/cluster for club development and school/cluster of schools
- Must be prepared to volunteer and undergo training
- A drivers licence will be an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Have knowledge of the different codes of sports
- Have physical fitness knowledge or training
- Have a knowledge of local community and sport and recreation structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver school sport and implement sustainable programmes /leagues after school and over weekends. Deliver academy programmes, school sport, siyadlala, club development, rural Sport and active Friday campaign.
- Monitoring & Evaluation, reporting and administration of key programmes.
- Both Sport Assistants and Sport Activity coordinators will be required to deliver on Operation Sukuma Sakhe (OSS) Programme and any other government prioritized programmes/intervention at ward level and required to work in an integrated manner with other sector departments.
- An accredited fitness instructor and/ or fitness coaches and /or Orienteering
- Qualification or other sport and recreation related formal qualification will be an added advantage provided all the other criteria above are met.
