Roads Agency Limpopo Governance, Risk and Compliance Internship 2021

Description: Roads Agency Limpopo invites applications from unemployed graduates for the 4 X Governance, Risk and Compliance Internship 2021. 

The internship is for graduates who seek practical experience in the business units mentioned above.

Location: Polokwane, Limpopo

Closing Date: 19 March 2021

Remuneration: R4 000.00 per month for Diploma and R7 000.00 per month for Degree

Duration: 24 months

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• National Diploma/ Degree in Environmental Management/ Environmental Science
• National Diploma / Degree in Risk Management

Responsibilities

• To provide technical input, review and evaluate all Environmental Management Reports.
• To register all environmental reports and authorizations.
• Review and register monthly environmental monitoring reports.
• Capture and update the database for borrow pits & closure certificates.
• Assist with the facilitation of the risk assessment.
• Loading and monitoring of the risk registers onto the BarnOwl software.
• Provide the secretariat support to the Governance, Risk and Compliance and Crisis Management Committees.
• Assist with the review and updating of the Business Impact Assessments.
• Updating of the Business Continuity and Crisis Management Plans.
• Performance of the risk maturity assessments.
• Assist with monitoring of the security management (Physical and electronic) system at RAL.

Requirements: 

• The internship is aimed at enhancing employability of graduates as potential employees.
• Applications will only be considered for South African citizens aged between 18-35.
• Candidates who have already participated in an Internship Programme in any Government Department or Parastatal will NOT be considered
