 Description: The Volvo SA Sales Product Support Graduate Programme 2021 is now open for learners who want to be part of the team.   

Volvo Group Southern Africa provides a graduate opportunity in the following department Sales Product Support at Volvo Trucks Head Office. This graduate position is situated in Boksburg.

Reporting: This role will report to the Senior Manager: Product Support.

Closing Date: 08 March 2021

The successful candidate will have exposure to: 

Operational

• To assist Sales Executives with formulation of customer specific specifications.
• To assist Sales Executives with product data.
• To maintain and update the standard specification templates, guided by the Product Support team.
• To assist Product Support team with investigations and data collection related to various projects.

Education

• Must have a 3 yr National Diploma in Mechanical/Electronic/Industrial Engineering.
• BSc Degree or BTech will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Engineering Principles.

Skills 

• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication (written and verbal) skills in English.
• Verbal and written communicate.
• Self-motivated.
• Analytical Thinking.
• Computer Literacy, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) (Intermediate level of proficiency).
• Technical Interest in the Automotive field (not specific to Heavy Commercial Vehicles).
