Description: Roads Agency Limpopo invites applications from unemployed graduates for the 8 X Engineering Internship 2021.
The internship is for graduates who seek practical experience in the business units mentioned above.
Location: Polokwane, Limpopo
Closing Date: 19 March 2021
Remuneration: R4 000.00 per month for Diploma and R7 000.00 per month for Degree
Duration: 24 months
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- BSc / BEng / BTech in Civil Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents.
- Attend site inspections and meetings.
- Assist with road and bridges scoping reports and designs, design calculations, drawings, report and admin related to projects.
- Contribute to discussions on project designs.
- Assist with processing of wayleave applications for accesses, urban developments, road reserve controls.
- Site visits to confirm structures are constructed correctly as per approvals.
- Reporting and preparation of documentation.
- The internship is aimed at enhancing employability of graduates as potential employees.
- Applications will only be considered for South African citizens aged between 18-35.
- Candidates who have already participated in an Internship Programme in any Government Department or Parastatal will NOT be considered
